Import Substitution and Export: FEZ “Vitebsk” Registers Its 4th Resident of 2025 – Bion Healthcare, LLC
On May 13, 2025 the Free Economic Zone “Vitebsk” added a new resident company – Bion Healthcare, LLC. The investor plans to construct a full medicine production cycle plant in the Vitebsk city in compliance with GMP EAEU.
The 1st stage of the project implementation involves the construction of the industrial facility with substantial investment and the creation of 75 new jobs. The company plans to export the final product to 2 sectors of the pharmaceuticals market: retail and hospitals.
The implementation of this project will not only strengthen the regional pharmaceutical industry but also make a substantial contribution to the economic development in the Vitebsk Region.
