Administration of FEZ “Vitebsk” Participated in the Conference of Twin Regions in Jinan City
During October 15th-17th of 2019 Administration of FEZ “Vitebsk” was a part of the official delegation from the Vitebsk Region headed by Nikolay Sherstnyov, the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, at the events of the Conference of Twin Regions of the Shandong province in Jinan city (PRC).
The Conference was attended by delegations from 33 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and, in particular, representatives from Japan, South Korea, France, Germany, Austria, USA, Canada etc.
The visit was organized at the invitation by the Gong Zheng, Governor of the Shandong Province.
According to the program of the visit, Administration of FEZ “Vitebsk” participated in the Conference of Small and Medium Enterprises, business matchmaking session, as well as in the high-level dialogue between mayors of the twin cities where we presented the investment potential of the Free Economic Zone “Vitebsk” and the industrial potential of the FEZ residents.
A number of connections were made with companies from China, Europe, USA, Japan for the purposes of further working out the matter of implementing joint projects and trade and economic cooperation with FEZ resident companies.
